Members of the Local Conference are notified and reminded that an Extraordinary Session of the Local Conference will be held on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, 7:30pm at Kuehn Hall.
“The membership of the Local Conference shall be the members of the Local Church Executive Committee, local preachers, diaconal ministers, honorary stewards, together with retired itinerant ministers and voluntarily located ministers who elect to hold their membership in said Local Conference and the chairperson of the Pastor-Parish Relations and Staff Committee.”
