The LCEC comprises elected lay leaders and ministry heads who oversee the church’s strategic direction, governance, and operations. They work closely with pastoral staff to ensure alignment with Methodist values and the spiritual growth of the congregation.

These committees support the appointment of leaders, as well as the development and welfare of pastoral and church staff. It ensures that there is renewal in leadership, and ministry personnel are well-equipped and cared for, fostering a healthy and sustainable church environment.

Our pastors and ministry workers shepherd the church through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and discipleship. They serve with compassion and conviction, nurturing the faith journey of individuals and families across all life stages.

Our admin staff support the church leaders in preparation for services, member care, and the daily rhythms of finance, property management and communications.
