LAST LOCAL CONFERENCE 2020/21
Members of the Local Conference are reminded that the Last Local Conference for the Conference Year 2020/2021 will be held on Monday, 27 September 2021, 7:30 pm via virtual means, followed by the first 2021/2022 LCEC meeting.
“The membership of the Local Conference shall be the members of the Local Church Executive Committee, local preachers, diaconal ministers, honorary stewards, together with retired itinerant ministers and voluntarily located ministers who elect to hold their membership in said Local Conference and the chairperson of the Pastor-Parish Relations and Staff Committee.” (Book of Discipline, Para 146.2)
UPdate on on-site ministries
Youth Ministry will resume on-site ministry from 12 September, 2.30pm to 4.30pm, Fairfield Hall.

Powerkids Children’ Ministry will resume on-site ministry, 11.00 am to 12.15 pm, Fairfield Hall

UPDATE ON ON-SITE SERVICES FROM 12 SEPTEMBER
Dear FFMC Family, as Singapore prepares to transit towards COVID resilience, the church is resuming the 8.30am on-site English Service. Here are the updates for our on-site Services from 12 September 2021.
English Service (Sanctuary Level 2)
8.30 am on-site Service with Holy Communion
50, No Pre-event Testing (PET)
11.00 am on-site Service* with Holy Communion
150, Vaccinated or PET
Mandarin Service (Kuehn Hall Level 1)
10.30 am on-site Service* (Holy Communion Served on 3rd Sunday)
100, Vaccinated or PET
Cantonese Service (Kuehn Hall Level 1)
2.00 pm on-site Service (1st & 3rd Sunday, Holy Communion Served on 3rd Sunday)

An individual is considered vaccinated if he/she has been:
a. fully vaccinated, ie has received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or WHO EUL Vaccines, with an additional 2 weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective
b. recovered from Covid-19 with an exemption Notice,
If you are not vaccinated or did not recently recover from Covid, you need to undergo pre-event testing (PET). A negative Covid PET results must be shown before you can attend Vaccinated or PET services. Please see https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/pet for more details.
Children, aged 12 years and below, can join their parents for these services* without PET, provided they make up no more than 20% of total number of worshippers on site. Children who are seated together within any group of fives must be from the same household.
Registration is required for ALL on-site Services.
What to observe on the Day of Service?
You are required to check-in via the TraceTogether App or token with the church’s SafeEntry system. Persons who are unable to show valid proof of vaccination, exemption notice or valid PET certificate will not be allowed to attend the service for fully vaccinated worshippers.
We thank God for His protection and the season of opening up as a nation and the time for more worshippers and the church to return for on-site services.

In accordance to Covid-19 safety measures under Phase 3 Heightened Alerts, on-site services, with maximum capacity of 50 persons per service, will resume from 27 June onwards
- 11.00 am on-site English Service with Livestreaming
- 10.30 am Mandarin Service (Sermon Recording will be available online Sunday/Monday)
Cantonese Service and Children/Youth Ministry will remain online until further notice

Please note that ALL 20 JUNE ON-SITE SERVICES (11.00 am English, 10.30 am Mandarin and 2.00 pm Cantonese) remains suspended . Once we received clarification on congregational services measures from MCCY, we will update on status of 27 June service via FFMC Connect Whatsapp Broadcast.
Cantonese Service will remain online for the month of June.

Mandatory Use of TraceTogether app or token will be brought forward to 17 May instead of 1 June.
TraceTogether app or token must be used for Safe-Entry check-ins when entering church premises. All other check-in methods (phone camera, QR reader, Singpass and NRIC) will be discontinued.
